What difference does it make by deleting the swirl flaps ? great video. I have a 2003 ml 270 cdi also . Do you have a list of the Parts & Numbers , I'm Old my eyes are not what they used to be . Cheers .

My 2002 model (276000km) often loose power without alarm sign on dashboard. I have to stop, turn off and on engine, then its ok for a while. I've changed air filter and MAF sensor without success. The next step (i've been told ater a diagnosis)) is to change the intake manifold... Anyone else experienced the same?

I did it on the om646 w203 2003, but the car still doesn't start, the engine is connected, the check lamp is not there, but there is a valve error, do I need to software solve the valves, I think I should turn them off?

Thank you from Colorado! I use my 2001 ml320 for trail riding, and it’s desperately in need of new shocks on all sides. I haven’t attempted to get it fixed yet because, according to several repair shops and online videos, the process seems to be quite horrendous.

I heated the bolts with a blow torch and then twisted them into position without having to tap the hole. Trick is to heat the bolt and then screw turn into position and immediately screw turn out using cold water to cool the area.

This is a job I will need to do at some point, well done, thanks for uploading !
